The service was faultless.  The reservation worked, the reception was polite and helpful, the room, and especially the bathroom, were quirky and deliciously done.  I might have preferred a picture or two on the wall, and a mirror in place of the TV, but I am not everyone.  The downstairs public area was beautifully designed and stylish (dark too!) and it was a pleasure to have internet access without having to pay.  The prices are a little on the high side, but the area is great, the staff were flexible and interested, and I will certainly return.
