Sunshine behind a snow shower

We arrived in brilliant sunshine, leaving behind the snow of England.  The hotel Odéon St. Germain,among delightful shops and a stone’s throw from all the beauties and interest of the Left Bank, offered us a warm and intimate environment and a genuinely friendly welcome.  Quiet and comfortable, our roominvited relaxation and luxury and we felt that the staff were glad to have us there.  Nothing was too much trouble.  It made our visit to Paris a real treat.
